The accommodation is arranged on one floor, to sleep 4 in two bedrooms, with two bathrooms.

The entrance to the house is through a tiled hall, with washing machine and drying space. There is a bathroom with WC off the hall. The corridor from the hall leads past a twin (3 ft) bedded room, which is about 3.35 m square, into the 8.5 m. long living area with its glass fronted wood burning stove.

At one end of this room is the kitchen. In the dining area, the Edwardian oak dining table seats up to eight people. In the living section, there is a sprung triple seater sofa, and comfortable chairs. A half glazed door leads into the garden. The triple aspect second bedroom 6.25 m x 4.45 m, with king sized bed and ensuite W.C. and shower room, leads off the living room.

Haf House is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric built- in cooker, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc. There is also a flat screen TV with free view, a DVD player, a radio and CD player with iPod dock, DVDs, toy box, games & puzzles.

Electricity and gas are included in the rental, as are baskets of logs.
Towels, bathmats and linen are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. We supply soap, washing up liquid, tea towels, basic cleaning materials, vacuum cleaner.

The garden is south-facing and about 1/5 of an acre. It is enclosed, with a small terraced area, and a barbeque. There are benches, chairs and tables on the terrace, and also in shadier parts of the garden for hot, hot days. You will also find a washing line, and an enclosed trampoline.

We have a cot and a high chair, should you need them. Parents have found that the layout of house and garden suits babies, toddlers and children.

We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs, and Haf is on a grid of footpaths, - so there are lots of interesting walks to explore. For the sake of other guests, we ask that dogs don’t use the furniture to sit on, or go into the bedrooms. The garden is enclosed, but this no proof against a clever dog! There is a £10 additional cleaning charge.
